Experience
I have had the privilege of serving as an educator for the past 16 years, 8 of which have been devoted to leadership roles that have expanded my capacity to positively impact school culture. My time as a Teacher, Coach, Counselor, Assistant Principal and Principal, has afforded me the privilege of working in school communities that have enriched my expertise and exposure to tools that work. As a Trainer of Restorative Practices, I have cultivated a school community that is focused on building relationships, repairing harm, and helping students reflect on their behaviors and decision making processes. Throughout my time as an Administrator, I have developed tools to address student behavior and positively impact the culture and climate in our building. It is time to share these tools, strategies, and philosophies with others, to develop systems, foster relationships, and build restorative school communities!
